Administrator's Notes:
All email text files that are sent to users reside in the Custom folder of your ProjectFile installation. These files are fully editable and can be customized for each site.
Logging information is sent in the email only if there is an error. When you send a email to a project, Incoming Email, you can receive notification that the project has received the email if configured to do so. If configured and an error occurs, you will receive all the logging info. If there is no error, you will receive a simple notification.
Auto Upload\Version subscription notifications for the Review Coordinator will be determined by the permissions granted to the Submitter's Group or whatever name is used. For example, if the Submitters Group has permissions to only the Drawings folder, then that is the only folder the Review Coordinator will have auto subscription for Upload\Version turned on. If the Submitters Group has permissions to additional folders, when the trigger creates the project, then the Review Coordinator will have notification automatically turned on for those folders listed in the Submitter's Group permissions.
Reprographics Print Order Note:
Advanced Notification is automatically turned on to all folders from which you order files for print. If a notification already existed at that level for another option, Upload will be added to the notification. You can un-subscribe at any time after you have been auto-subscribed if you do not wish to receive upload notifications. Notifications are not recursive to any subfolders.
