- Yes you can use Vista to view the files, however some advanced security settings in Vista may need to be adjusted by your local system administrator to allow for the install of the “ProjectDox Components”.
- I’ve been invited to view a project but what is my password?
- You should have received a password that is generated by the system when you were invited into ProjectFile. It is possible that the email went into a SPAM filter and was directed to your Junk Mail folder. If you are unable to retrieve that particular email, you can request your password by either contacting the Project Manager (the person who invited you into the Project) or ProjectFile support – projectfile@pacblue.net . If you have used ProjectFile on another project, your old password should still be valid.
- When I enter in my password I receive a message that says “The email address or password you entered is incorrect”
- Passwords are case sensitive. Be sure that your password is in the proper case.
- I changed my password when I logged in the first time, now I don’t remember it.
- You can either use the “Forgot your password ?” option on the Login page, or contact projectfileatpbdotnet to reset your password.
