You will receive an initial username and password with your account, but will have the ability to change your username and password upon completing this registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account. You agree to:
ProjectFile gives you the ability to edit your account and preferences at any time. You may request deletion of your ProjectFile account by sending an email to projectfile@pacblue.net
What information does ProjectFile collect from me?
During registration we ask for your name, company name, address, zip/postal code, email address, and phone. ProjectFile will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.
ProjectFile will not send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people unless:
Responsibility for Submissions.
You are solely responsible for the content of any comments, information, questions, data, feedback, ideas, descriptions of processes, or other information you submit to ProjectFile through the Site. You may only submit to the Site, content that is (a) owned by you, (b) submitted with the express permission of the owner, or (c) in the public domain. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other materials that would violate any law or the rights of others, including without limitation, laws against copyright infringement. Violation of these restrictions may result in limitations on access by you to this Site.
Right to Remove or Disable Access.
If ProjectFile is made aware of content that may be (i) libelous, obscene, excessively violent, scandalous, defamatory, or that ProjectFile determines in its sole discretion to be otherwise unacceptable, undesirable, or objectionable, (ii) a violation of any law, regulation, or rights of a third party, including, but not limited to, rights under the copyright law and prohibitions on libel, slander, and invasion of privacy, or (iii) a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy set forth herein, ProjectFile has the right, but not the obligation, to remove or disable access to that content. For content that is reasonably deemed to be in violation of law, ProjectFile shall remove such content pursuant to ProjectFile’s Copyright Policy herein.
Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in the event of any claim, (i.e., any lawsuit, written demand for money or services, or other administrative proceeding) against either Member or ProjectFile brought by or on behalf of any individual or business entity using or accessing ProjectFile, the party at fault agrees to, at its own expense, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the non-defaulting party for any alleged error, omission or other wrongful or fraudulent act alleged against the other party its employees, officers, agents, or assigns; such claims include but are not limited to action or allegation (a) related in any way to a transaction or dispute between Member and any third party, (b) based on or caused by unauthorized access to the Site through Member's account, (c) is based on facts or alleged facts that would constitute a breach of any of Member's representations, warranties, or covenants under this Agreement, or (d) arising out of a request for ProjectFile to remove or disable access to any Member Content in or on the Site. Neither party shall have any authority whatsoever to enter into any settlement agreement or other contract or covenant that purports to in any way effect the other party’s rights or obligations with respect to the disposition of any such claim or any ongoing future dealings with any third party. Wherever used in this paragraph, "ProjectFile" shall mean ProjectFile and its subsidiaries, affiliates (including WD Partners), officers, employees, agents, co-branders, associates, suppliers, or other partners.

General Practices Regarding Use
You agree that ProjectFile is not responsible for the actions on or the deletion of your content by Members. You acknowledge that ProjectFile reserves the right to log off accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that ProjectFile reserves the right to change these general practices at any time, in its sole discretion, with prior notice.
Modification of Service
ProjectFile reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with prior written notice. In the event that ProjectFile modifies the service, modifications will result in equal or better service with no loss of data. You agree that ProjectFile shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
